Chef Amin completed his culinary studies in Sweden. Amin then grew his experience as a chef at Le Fumoir in Paris. In his time as an exclusive private chef, he trained with experts in cities around the world including Singapore, Barcelona, and Tokyo. Food is his passion and art form, these flavors of the world find their way into the varied and rich offerings of Madison Fare.
