Our setups are tailored to those who are smaller in stature and sometimes need a safer play space. We offer soft materials such as foam flooring and foam climbers to shield from bumps and bruises as your little ones are learning to explore and play. How do I book an event with Fab Firsts Mobile Play?

A $150 security deposit and completed booking request form is required to secure your event date. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled event will result in the forfeit of your deposit. The final amount of your payment is due no later than 7 days before the event date. Security deposits are returned after pickup of undamaged equipment. Your event is not booked until we receive a security deposit and signed contract. You can start the booking process by completing the form on the "BOOK TODAY" page.

We cater to both crawlers and walkers ages 5 and younger. Age restrictions are required due to capacity and equipment limitations. Note: Per manufacturer guidelines, our bounce house/hoppers/etc. are recommended for children 5 years of age and under. Adult supervision is always required.

We offer free delivery within 20 miles of the 29708 zip code for most packages. Events outside of the service area may be accommodated for an additional fee.

Please allow up to 2 hours before and after your event for set up and break down. (This will not be included in your rental time) Our team will do all the heavy lifting. Play spaces will only be set up on solid, level ground. We are unable to accommodate areas with sand, gravel, extremely dirty or uneven surfaces. Please ensure there will be a space available to meet this requirement. Clean, flat, dry grass is ok. Bounce houses require access to a dedicated outlet within 100 ft of the setup space. We do not provide generators since soft playgrounds are tailored for littles and we want to protect their small ears.

All play space setups are subject to appropriate weather conditions. Outdoor setup will not be available when rain or high winds are forecasted. Please have an alternate indoor area prepared in the event of poor weather conditions. Soft play equipment can become very slippery and hazardous to littles in poor weather conditions. If you are unable to provide an alternative indoor location, you may reschedule your setup due to these conditions. Cancellations due to weather are 100% refundable. Your deposit may be retained and used to secure the next chosen date. During summer months high temperatures can cause equipment to get too hot for safe play. Outdoor setup will require a shaded or covered area to protect the little hands and feet from equipment that may get hot in direct sunlight.

Adult supervision required at all times. No shoes, food, gum or drinks allowed inside the play area. Socks or barefoot only in the play area. No face paint, temporary tattoos, etc. No sharp objects (keys, badges, jewelry, etc.) No ink, pens, paints, slime of any kind. No overcrowding. Soft play equipment, balls, and hoppers are all to remain inside the play area. No pets allowed in the play area.

Little ones should be supervised at all times. Fab Firsts Mobile Play, LLC is insured with general liability insurance only and is not responsible for any injury or damages incurred during scheduled rentals. Renters are required to sign a liability waiver upon booking. Fab Firsts Mobile Play, LLC and its employees accept no responsibility for any injuries caused while playing on the soft play equipment.

Each and every component of our play spaces are sanitized after each event and wiped down prior to the next… even each ball pit ball. Any damage or extraordinary cleaning due to misuse of the equipment will be subject to loss of the security deposit and additional fees based on severity.
